Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship Program
We are accepting applications through August 1, 2025, for positions beginning July 1, 2026. Applications are reviewed in July and mid-August 2025 for all programs, with virtual interviews taking place at the end of August through October 2, 2025.
ACGME Program Requirements
Prior to appointment in the fellowship programs listed below, fellows should have completed an ACGME approved three-year cardiovascular fellowship program.
Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship Program
The position for July 1, 2026, has been filled.
Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship Program
This is a dedicated 4th-year program. We are accepting applications through August 1, 2025, for the position beginning July 1, 2026. Virtual interview taking place September 15, 2025.
Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program
This is a dedicated fourth-year program. We are accepting applications through August 1, 2025, for the position beginning July 1, 2026. Virtual interviews will take place September 10 and 17, 2025.
For all programs, applications will only be accepted through ERAS, with the required documentation listed below. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted via Thalamus.
Required Documentation
- Personal statement concerning your short- and long-term career goals
- Letter of recommendation from your internal medicine residency director
- Two additional letters of reference from other physicians who know you well
- Arrange for your Dean's letter and other credentials to be sent to the address on this page
- Curriculum vitae with a current photograph attached
- Medical school transcript
- ECFMG certificate, if applicable
- All three steps of USMLE are required
- J-1 and H-1B visas accepted
- A letter of recommendation from your Internal Medicine director for Cardiology fellowship candidates
- A letter of recommendation from your Cardiology fellowship director for EP, Heart Failure and Interventional fellowship candidates
