R. Gregory Bociek, MD

Dr. Bociek is a professor in the UNMC Division of Hematology focusing on non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin disease and chronic lymphocytic leukemia and has been on faculty since 1998. He completed his residency and fellowship training in oncology at the University of Ottawa and bone marrow transplantation training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He also completed a master’s degree in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Ottawa.

He has been a chair of the Cancer Center's data safety and monitoring committee, the Scientific Review Committee for the Fred and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center, and is a former program director for the hematology/oncology fellowship at UNMC.

Dr. Bociek is an ad hoc reviewer for several hematologic/oncologic journals. He is a member of the NCCN panel for CLL and Hairy Cell Leukemia.
