- I was interested in the Honors Research Program because I love learning and finding the answers to questions. I’m always asking “why” and “what can I do to make this better?" I’ve also been interested in advancing my degree after graduation in May 2020.

- Talking with nursing researchers and learning about their projects
- Meeting with patients, helping with data collection, and attending meetings with other care providers and clinicians
- What has been the most beneficial part of participating in the Honors Research Program?
- The most beneficial part of the Honors Research Program is learning more about nursing research in general, the differences of graduate nursing programs (DNP vs. PhD), and completing the important components for graduate school application.
- This class was so much more than that learning about research - it’s learning how to manage a work/school – life balance and about yourself in general.
