Developmental/ Behavioral Pediatrics Fellowship

Through our Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics (DBpeds) Fellowship program, the Division of Developmental Medicine prepares Developmental/Behavioral pediatricians to be leaders in the field, recognized for patient care, teaching and research.

Our personalized program consists of interaction with committed faculty, a broad clinical experience and research opportunities collaborating with various disciplines. The section is located within Children's Nebraska and also has clinical and educational opportunities at the Monroe-Meyer Institute (MMI). MMI is a multidisciplinary degree granting institute, which has representatives from occupations therapy/physical therapy/speech, psychology and education in addition to DBPeds and Genetics, whose mission it is to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities. As such, it has close relationships with community organizations and is the site of an AUCD LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) Program.
