We invite you to participate in a study which will help us understand experiences of cancer survivors in Nebraska.

Who can participate in the study?

Live in Nebraska
At least 19 years of age
Have been diagnosed with following types of cancer:
breast cancer

colorectal cancer

endometrial cancer

leukemia

lung cancer

lymphoma

melanoma

prostate cancer

uterine cancer
Cancer has not spread to different areas of the body
Within 1-5 years after completion of cancer treatment
Currently, cancer-free
Have internet access
Can speak and read English

3. Take a call from our study team to verify information.

Compensation is available

After you complete the survey and screening verification call, compensation is available.
