We invite you to participate in a study which will help us understand experiences of cancer survivors in Nebraska.

Who can participate in the study?

  • Live in Nebraska
  • At least 19 years of age
  • Have been diagnosed with following types of cancer:

     breast cancer

     colorectal cancer

     endometrial cancer

     leukemia

     lung cancer

     lymphoma

     melanoma

     prostate cancer

     uterine cancer

  • Cancer has not spread to different areas of the body
  • Within 1-5 years after completion of cancer treatment
  • Currently, cancer-free
  • Have internet access
  • Can speak and read English

2. Fill out an online survey (this will take 45-60 minutes)

3. Take a call from our study team to verify information.
