Support Services
Our office offers numerous services to support our international participants, including students, scholars, employees, and visitors.
We provide immigration and visa assistance for all international participants coming to UNMC. We are committed to helping you maintain your immigration status and comply with U.S. regulations. We also assist UNMC departments and colleges in hiring and retaining international researchers and faculty.
We serve as a liaison to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services regarding international participants' study and employment at the university.

We work with departments and individuals on the process for J-1, F-1, H-1B and other visa categories, as well as assisting with international tax preparation and employees seeking permanent residence.
