Updates (as of April 29, 2021)

  1. Nebraska has updated the directed health measures to specify that full vaccinated people do not need to quarantine after international travel:

For not vaccinated:

    1. Recommended: get tested 1-3 days prior to travel out of the US
    2. Required: testing within 3 days prior to return to US via airline or documentation of recovery
    3. Recommended: testing 3-5 days after return to US AND quarantine 7 days after travel, or quarantine 10 days if no testing

For fully vaccinated:

    1. Required: testing within 3 days prior to return to US via airline or documentation of recovery
    2. Recommended: testing 3-5 days after return to US but NO need to quarantine

  1. CDC is recognizing FDA-authorized vaccine or a vaccine authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization. Previously they were just recognizing FDA authorized vaccines.

New U.S. Testing Requirement: Effective January 26, 2021, the CDC requires all customers ages 2 and up traveling to or connecting through the U.S. to have proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 3 days before departure and sign an attestation. Review the full requirements
