Christina Langel is a member of the United States Air Force with 6 years of experience as a healthcare administrator overseeing resourcing, medical logistics, information systems, and health benefits. Currently, Christina is an Education with Industry student enrolled in the Health Plans Management Fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. As a Fellow, she receives individualized mentoring from administrators, nurses, and physicians to acquire and refine important managerial competencies, including measuring and assessing clinical business activities with an emphasis on improving clinical product line performance. She is embedded with the Global Center for Health Security, enabling her to receive a greater understanding of the knowledge and skills healthcare workers must possess to provide effective care for patients infected with highly communicable and highly virulent pathogens. Christina earned her Bachelor in Behavioral Science and Master of Healthcare Administration at Bellevue University.
