- C-STARS
  C-STARS, the Center for Sustainment of Trauma Readiness Skills- Omaha is a collaboration between UNMC, Nebraska Medicine, and the Air Force Research Laboratory’s School of Aerospace Medicine. C-STARS Omaha works closely with UNMC’s Global Center for Health Security, iEXCEL, and the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit to take advantage of the medical center’s capabilities and expertise in biopreparedness training and research.

Mounica Soma, MHA, MSPM

Database Analyst

Mounica Soma is the database analyst for National Infection Control Strengthening program (NICS). Her role as a database analyst includes REDCap database maintenance, data collection, analysis, reporting, and building dashboards using analytical and visualization tools. Mounica also offers analytical and project management support to Nebraska Infection Control Assessment and Promotion program (ICAP) and Antimicrobial Stewardship Assessment and Promotion program (ASAP) including maintaining ICAP/ASAP websites and nursing home COVID-19 therapeutics project. Mounica has over four years of expertise in healthcare data analytics, database management, website maintenance, and project management. She received a master of health administration degree from Texas State University.
