GCHS Expo

About the Expo:

The GCHS will host an Expo on Thursday, October 30th, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Davis Global Center's Atrium for our Internal Advisory Board and various department chairs. Our guests will have the opportunity to gain insights into the diverse programs and projects our leadership, scholars, affiliates, and GCHS team members are engaged in.

Participants will have the chance to set up booths, exhibit their initiatives, and engage in discussions with our guests. We will provide one table and two chairs for each participating program. 

Preparing for the Expo:

• To prepare for the event, the GCHS will conduct a Q&A Zoom session for participants to address any logistical inquiries (date to be determined - early-mid October).
• The GCHS will create a one-pager for our guests, which will include a list of all of the participating programs. A QR code will be included so that our guests will be able to explore each program further. In the RSVP form, please include your program information so we can list it in the tabs below. 
• One the day of the expo, please arrive around 30 minutes early to set up (around 12:30pm). Our guests will arrive at 1pm.
