- C-STARS
  C-STARS, the Center for Sustainment of Trauma Readiness Skills- Omaha is a collaboration between UNMC, Nebraska Medicine, and the Air Force Research Laboratory’s School of Aerospace Medicine. C-STARS Omaha works closely with UNMC’s Global Center for Health Security, iEXCEL, and the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit to take advantage of the medical center’s capabilities and expertise in biopreparedness training and research.

GCHS Expo

About the Expo:

The GCHS will host an Expo on Thursday, October 30th, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Davis Global Center's Atrium for our Internal Advisory Board, various UNMC department chairs, Nebraska Medicine leadership, UNMC and Nebraska Medicine Communications, UNMC Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research, UNMC Office of External Relations, UNMC Office of Government Relations, and UNEHealth. Our guests will have the opportunity to gain insights into the diverse programs and projects our leadership, scholars, affiliates, and GCHS team members are engaged in.

Participants will have the chance to set up booths, exhibit their initiatives, and engage in discussions with our guests.

Preparing for the Expo:

Items to bring: Programs are responsible for bringing their own progam flyers, posters, easels for posters, devices, etc.
GCHS will provide:
- One table and two chairs for each participating program.
- Tablecloth if needed.
- Table tents for each program which will include program name, presenter's names, program leadership names, and a QR code to the participating programs webpage.
- One-pager for our guests, which will include a list of all of the participating programs. A QR code will be included so that our guests will be able to explore each program further. In the RSVP form, please fill out all fields so we can list it on our GCHS Expo Programs page.

Set-Up: One the day of the expo, please arrive around 30 minutes early to set up (around 12:30pm). Our guests will arrive at 1pm. GCHS staff will be available to direct you to your tables.
Dress code: Business casual or professional
