Holly J. Roberts, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the Munroe-Meyer Institute for Genetics and Rehabilitation at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a licensed psychologist in Nebraska. She received her PhD in school psychology from Illinois State University. Dr. Roberts completed her internship and post doctoral training at the Munroe-Meyer Institute. Dr. Roberts practices in an integrated pediatric primary care clinic in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Roberts is the clinic liaison for the Department of Psychology. She takes an active role in establishing behavioral health clinics within primary care practices across Nebraska. Additionally, Dr. Roberts is a member of a clinic team that provides follow-up for children who have undergone corrective surgery for congenital heart disease. Dr. Roberts’ research focuses on the developmental, educational, and behavioral outcomes of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) graduates as well as outcomes of children with congenital heart disease. In addition, Dr. Roberts also has a general research interest in pediatric primary care with a specific focus on the prescription practices of primary care physicians. She supervises Post-Doctoral Fellows, APA Interns, PhD students, and Masters level students in both clinical and research settings.
