William J. Higgins, PhD, LIMHP, BCBA-D is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI). He received his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Carolina Wilmington his PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis from UNMC, MMI. Dr. Higgins provides behavioral healthcare services to children, adolescents, and their families for a variety of behavioral, social-emotional, developmental and physical, and cognitive difficulties. His training is in the clinical applications of behavior analysis and his practice focuses on integrating behavior analysis into the primary care setting and using telehealth technologies to extend the reach of behavioral health services. Dr. Higgins supervises Doctoral and Master’s level students in both clinical and research settings.
