Professional Summary
Michaela Daniels, MS, CF-SLP, is a Clinical Fellow in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology at the Munroe-Meyer Institute of the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa in 2020 with a major in Speech and Hearing Science and a minor in Spanish. Michaela then went on to obtain her Master of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2023. During her graduate education, she engaged in a variety of clinical experiences across multiple practice settings. Her primary graduate clinical opportunities included the provision of services to pediatric and adult populations within the inpatient and outpatient medical settings and service to individuals with developmental disabilities in the public schools. Her clinical interests include the assessment and management of dysphagia, the skillful and knowledgeable provision of medical services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the evaluation and treatment of adults with acquired cognitive-communication disorders.
