Polygenic Risk of Alzheimer’s Disease in Nebraska Kids – Down Syndrome (PRANK-DS)

The goal of this study is to test the relationship between genetic/genomic Alzheimer’s Disease
(AD) risk factors and brain/cognitive development in children with Down syndrome.
In this study, you will be asked to provide demographic and medical information, complete four
or more visits, complete behavioral tasks, complete an MRI, and complete a saliva sample. There is no cost for participation and participation will be compensated.
