Postpartum Hypertension Program

The Systematic Treatment and Management of Postpartum Hypertension initiative focuses on improving postpartum hypertension care and reducing health disparities. Through systematic treatment protocols and remote monitoring strategies, this program empowers clinicians and patients to manage blood pressure effectively after delivery, helping prevent complications and improve maternal outcomes.
