Our fellowship program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) and the ERAS universal application process. We are unable to accept fellows outside of the NMRP.

Program requirements
- Completed on-line application
- Current photograph
- Personal statement
- Letter from program director (pediatrics or emergency medicine)
- Three additional letters of recommendation (recommendation letter from a practicing pediatric emergency medicine physician is encouraged)
- Parts 1,2 & 3 of the USMLE
- If a graduate of a medical school outside the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico, a valid ECFMG certificate.
Deadline of applications
The deadline for completed applications is August 31st. Interviews will take place during the months of September and October.

Additional Degrees
Fellows may pursue graduate level education through the University of Nebraska. Popular options have included Master of Public Health and Health Professions Teaching and Technology.
