Gina D. Lamb, MD, FACS

Dr. Lamb is an assistant professor in the Division of Acute Care Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She was born and raised in Honduras, where she completed medical school.
Dr. Lamb completed her general surgery residency at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. During that time, she became interested in the areas of trauma and critical care. She was a practicing general surgeon for three years prior to returning to complete surgical critical care training. Dr. Lamb completed a fellowship in surgical critical care at the Medical University of South Carolina.
