Training Verification

To request verification of training through the Department of Internal Medicine:

All training verification requests must have the Residency Verification Form completed

Completion of your form: $50
Acceptance of standard verification form (VGMET): Free

Due to the increase in requests for information/verification of residency training at UNMC's Internal Medicine Residency Program, we charge for verifications.

If you do not accept the standard verification form and require your document to be completed, the fee is $50.

If you would like a copy of our written standard verification form (VGMET), there is no fee. Please complete the request form and indicate you will accept the standardized verification form.
