Clues to Care: A SOAP Scavenger Hunt

In this module, you will learn each component of a SOAP note by simulating a patient encounter. By the end of the module, you will be able to distinguish between subjective and objective data, create an appropriate assessment based on patient cases, and implement an appropriate plan for pharmacotherapy, non-pharmacologic changes, monitoring parameters, and follow-up.
