Codependency & Family Dynamics

The Codependency and Family Dynamics e-module looks at the different roles individuals play in family systems affected by substance use disorders. This module demonstrates the pattern of interactions between family members and how it shapes individuals’ feelings and behaviors. This paves the way for meaningful conversations about substance use disorders as a “family disease.”

Am I the Only One? A Module on Student Mental Health

This project aims to educate participants on recognizing the signs and symptoms of anxiety, depression, and burnout in students and trainees. It will also provide a list of campus and community resources to help students support themselves and each other while dealing with mental health challenges.
