Our department is working to be a model of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in order to create a culturally sensitive environment for studying, researching and working.

- We perform annual reviews and have developed metrics to ensure equality in pay, support and opportunity.
- We have created a culture of inclusion and encourage a balance between professional and personal lives.
