The Bioinformatics Hub has been generated with the help of the bioinformatic core at UNMC and PCRG funding. This website catalogs RNA sequencing and microarray data from 7 medulloblastoma datasets, inclusive of the Cavalli and Northcott (MAGIC) datasets as well as our UNMC cohort.
You will be able to use this website to:
- Run a priori DEG analysis and from this analysis generate PCA, Volcano plots and heatmaps
- Generate box/violin plots with p-values of your proteins of interest
- Generate heat maps of your favorite genes of interest
- Generate Correlation plots between two proteins of interest
