Why UNMC: I chose UNMC because my first interactions with the residents I met made me feel welcomed and it felt natural and fun. The people here in the EM residency really work hard to make a family unit as a whole and strongly encourage residents to take care of each other; honestly the people are the greatest strength. The program itself offers great experiences including training a world-class simulation center, community and rural practice, and EMS ride-along time. These were all things that factored into my decision to come to Omaha. I'm happy to be here and absolutely could not ask for a better group to both work with and be friends with.
Interests/Hobbies: Hanging out with my old man chocolate lab Bruno, trying new restaurants, planning home projects, and checking out antique malls.
