Spine

Spine Lab

Our fellowship-trained spine surgery faculty are highly skilled and provide surgical treatment opportunities for our trainees for all forms of pathology of the spine including:

Degenerative disease
Trauma
Spine deformity (including scoliosis)
Craniocervical junction disorders (including Chiari malformation)
Syringomyelia
Infections
Tumors of the vertebrae, nerves or spinal cord.

Our residents are an integral part of our healthcare team which includes allied health professionals, fellowship-trained surgeons, pain management specialists and physiatrists.

Treatments include

nerve ablations
spinal cord stimulators
analgesia infusion devices
Navigation-assisted and robotic-assisted surgery
Custom spinal implants
Carbon-fiber screws for tumor surgery
Minimally-invasive (MIS) or ‘keyhole’ surgery of the spine
