Didactics

Educational Sessions

Time is protected on Wednesday afternoons for the residents to take part in learning sessions. These didactic sessions complement the health care topics that the residents experience in the outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings. Residents attend these sessions and learn from department faculty, UNMC/Nebraska Medicine speakers, as well as external presenters. The residents give presentations at the OB-GYN Grand Rounds as well, to educate the faculty and their fellow residents. The Wednesday didactic sessions include the following:
