Formatting using various genetic analysis tools. Genomic analysis tools available include (i) de novo alignment and assembly of contigs or scaffolds and optical restriction endonuclease mapping for genome completion, (ii) identification and annotation of open reading frames, gene clusters, and regulatory components, and (iii) comparative assessment of polymorphisms, genome content, and predicted proteome.
