Activation of the Incident Command System (ICS)

The goal of this e-module is to assist health-care professionals in better understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in the activation and implementation of the ICS. By completing this module, health-care professionals will achieve a basic, but essential, understanding on how the ICS is activated, obtain knowledge on who will be activated to complete specific tasks during an emergency response, and how each role carries out its responsibilities.
