Bone Fragility, Osteogenesis Imperfecta and Skeletal Dysplasia

For children with bone fragility or osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) – individuals have fragile bones that break easily. For others with short stature and abnormal bone structure, they may have a skeletal dysplasia.

The goal of the bone clinics at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center is to improve the quality of life for children with these conditions through compassionate care, advanced medical options, and continued research aimed at a cure.
