Dr. Adler, a registered nurse and a faculty member at the University of Nebraska at Omaha's School of Health and Kinesiology, will discuss how, each January, people use New Year's resolutions as a tool to improve some aspect of their life. If the resolutions are health or wellness related, many times the goals are too lofty and unattainable.
She will describe the eight dimensions of wellness and explain how to incorporate them into the development of achievable New Year's resolutions.
