Values & Vision

At UNMC, we've come together with our primary clinical partner, Nebraska Medicine, on a set of core values. 

These values represent the characteristics everyone in our organizations should possess in order to achieve our collective goals. We call them our iTEACH values, and we are working to engrain them in our daily practices, as well as in the vision for our future created through strategic planning.

Creating Our Vision: Strategic Planning

Our annual Strategic Plan is based on eight goals and associated strategies. While the overall goals are consistent year to year, goal strategies may be revised or replaced as needs change.
