Bladder health will be the topic of the next Olson Center Brown Bag Luncheon, which will be held at noon on Feb. 18 at the Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater.

Speaker Jennifer Cera, D.N.P., assistant professor in the UNMC College of Nursing, and nurse practitioner in the Olson Center for Women's Health, will discuss "You're In Control: Prevention, Risk Reduction and Simple Treatment Options for Bladder Health."

Urinary incontinence is the eighth most prevalent chronic condition in women. This educational offering aims to provide a foundation of knowledge for women to address risk factors, promote prevention and learn about conservative self-help strategies, lifestyle modifications and non-surgical therapies.
