Joan Dinsmore, left, a nurse specialist in education at the Munroe-Meyer Institute, was honored for 30 years of service at the recent UNMC Employee Recognition Banquet. Next to Dinsmore is Janet Henry, a secretary specialist in education at MMI who celebrated five years of service. Enjoying the banquet are, from left, Rita Parks-Agnew, administrative assistant in physical therapy education, James Somers, Ph.D., director of physician assistant education, Suzanne Eulberg, administrative assistant in physician assistant education, Mary Haven, director of the School of Allied Health Professions, and Pat Hageman, Ph.D., director of physical therapy education. Parks-Agnew was honored for 30 years of service, Eulberg was honored for 35 years, and Haven received recognition as a Gold ‘U’ recipient.

More than 300 UNMC employees were honored the evening of June 15, at the annual UNMC Service Awards Dinner. This includes employees with service of five, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years during 2004. It also includes employees who have retired during the last year, as well as the Gold U award recipients for fiscal year 2003-2004.
