Music as Medicine continues today

UNMC’s popular “Music as Medicine” series continues today with music from the Omaha Chamber Music Society’s “Bassoons Across Nebraska,” featuring bassoonists Joyce Besch, James Compton, Nicholas Nelson and Karen Sandene. The performance will be in the Durham Outpatient Center West Atrium from noon to 1 p.m.

Patients, staff, students and family members are invited to bring lunch and “let music be your medicine.”

The performance is sponsored by the UNMC College of Medicine with support from the UNMC Human Resources Department.
