Talk about your job (including job title) and what you like best about it: As the administrative business associate for the UNMC Department of Dermatology, I have learned to wear many hats. I help manage the finances, have been able to assist with space planning for our growing department and try to make sure our administrative team and faculty have what they need to be successful in their roles. I love that I have been able to be part of a team that is eager to learn and grow together. I have learned so much in the year and a half that I have been here and have grown both professionally and personally. I am thankful for all the opportunities that dermatology leadership and the university have provided me.
List three things people may not know about you:
- I have a goal to travel to all seven continents. I have been to three so far and have plans to go to South America next summer which will be my fourth continent.
- I am a big Denver Broncos fan. Even one of my dogs is named after my favorite Broncos player, Champ Bailey.
- I love "The Golden Girls." My friends and I actually are planning a trip to Miami eventually just because that is where the show is based.
