Wealth Wellness Wednesdays series starts in August

Attend the upcoming Wealth Wellness Wednesdays, a special virtual presentation series focused on financial wellness.

Each week, a session will explore practical strategies and expert insights to help attendees take control of their financial future. These virtual presentations will occur during the months of August and September.

  • Aug. 6 from 1-2 p.m. CST: “Create a Budget and Build Emergency Savings,” presented by Fidelity.
    Learn about different components of a budget, use Fidelity’s 50-15-5 saving and spending guidelines and see how emergency savings is a critical part of a budget.
  • Aug. 13 from noon to 1 p.m. CST. “Planning for Life Milestones,” presented by TIAA.
    From marriage to the loss of a loved one, prepare for major steps in life.
  • Aug. 20 from 11 a.m. to noon CST. “Tackle Debt and Understand Your Credit Score,” presented by Fidelity.
    Identify guidelines when it comes to taking on debt, use one of two strategies for tackling debt and understand a credit score and why it’s so important.
  • Aug. 27 from 1 to 2 p.m. CST. “Retirement Basics,” presented by Fidelity.
    Learn how important it is to save for the future, see the power of saving small amounts over time and learn about other retirement vehicles, such as IRAs, HSAs and brokerage accounts.
  • Sept. 3 from noon to 1 p.m. CST. “Navigating the Sandwich Generation: Financial Strategies for the Caregiving Squeeze,” presented by TIAA.
    Learn how to manage caring for aging parents while also supporting adult children.
  • Sept. 10 from noon to 1 p.m. CST. “How Can I Afford College for my Kids or Grandkids?,” presented by TIAA.
    Discover strategies to save and pay for college, even if it feels impossible today.
  • Sept. 17 from 3 to 4 p.m. CST. “Exploring the Benefits of an HSA,” presented by Fidelity.
    Understand the benefits of an HDHP/HSA, see how they work together and explore the features of the HSA.

Employee registration is open, and registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent out prior to the event date. The presentations cannot be recorded or broadcast, and no additional sessions will be given.
