A draft of the UNMC Strategic Plan for academic years 2027-2030 now is available for review by the UNMC community.
Developed through a collaborative planning process that engaged leadership and stakeholders across the institution, the plan establishes the university’s strategic goals and strategies. The revised goals and strategies are posted on UNMC’s Strategic Planning page for review by the entire UNMC community.
UNMC students, staff and faculty are invited to provide input, including suggestions for revisions to the draft and additional strategies to strengthen the plan. As in previous years, all recommendations will be reviewed prior to revision, discussion and final approval by the Chancellor’s Council on June 29.
Once the 2027-2030 strategic plan has been finalized, each of the colleges, institutes and business units will have the opportunity to refresh and update their initiatives in VisionSync.
