University of Nebraska System President Jeffrey P. Gold, MD, will deliver his annual State of the University address on Thursday, Sept. 3, at noon in the second-floor rotunda of the Nebraska State Capitol, 1445 K St. in Lincoln.

“Our annual State of the University Address is an opportunity to celebrate our accomplishments and look to the future, even as we navigate choppy waters that affect our institution and others across the country,” said Dr. Gold. “The University of Nebraska System touches lives across the state, fuels Nebraska’s economy and drives innovation in our state and far beyond. I look forward to recognizing these and other accomplishments as we chart a path for our continued Odyssey to the Extraordinary.”
