Microsoft Office 2007 available

EDITOR’S NOTE: The following is a note from Information Technology Services regarding Microsoft Office 2007.

ITS has completed testing of Microsoft Office 2007 and it is now available for use on campus.

At this time, the upgrade to Microsoft Office 2007 is NOT required. If you use hospital or UNMC Physician applications, it is highly recommended that you NOT install Microsoft Office 2007 at this time.

As PC’s are upgraded over the summer in the clusters and classrooms, Microsoft Office 2007 will be installed. Help Desk support is available. Office 2007 training sessions will start in July and August.

Under the campus agreement with Microsoft, faculty, staff and students may purchase Office 2007 from the UNMC Bookstore at academic pricing. For detailed pricing information, please call the UNMC Bookstore 559-4455.
