Gerald Moore, M.D., senior associate dean for academic affairs in the College of Medicine, revels in the swirl of activity at the Sorrell Center on Friday during an open house for students. Students showed up in droves just to get a look at the new, state-of-the-art home for the College of Medicine. Several students had lined at the Sorrell Center’s doors well before the event started to get their first glimpses of the new building. The first official classes in the Sorrell Center will be held today. |
