Chancellor Harold M. Maurer, M.D., and his wife, Beverly, front row, were dinner guests Sunday night of the students at UNMC’s Asia Pacific Rim Development Program (APRDP) House.

The students were — back row from left — Jimin Jin, Qirong Wu, Zhihua Zhang, Chao Zhang and Bo Han.

The students prepared an authentic Chinese meal for the Maurers at the house, which UNMC purchased and renovated to provide visiting APRDP students a place to stay while at the medical center.
