Marlene Haske finds the skate

Ice rink updates

See updates about the rink on its Facebook and Twitter pages.

Marlene Haske, a customer service assistant in the Center for Healthy Living, was the first person to find the ice skate icon in Monday’s UNMC Today.

Haske wins the final two free skate passes of the season as the rink closes for the season on Sunday evening.

The rink will be open today and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for those who want to skate over the lunch hours.
