The deadline to complete the 2002 UNMC Employee Satisfaction Survey has been extended until midnight Friday, Nov. 22, at the request of UNMC employees.
UNMC Lotus Notes e-mail users were sent the satisfaction survey electronically from cdijobline@aol.com on Oct. 31. UNMC has retained Career Design Inc. to conduct the survey.
Employees will have until Nov. 22 to complete the brief, online survey. After that date, the one-time-use, randomly generated access code will expire.
Employees who wish to complete the survey and have deleted it from their e-mail accounts, as well as those employees who prefer to complete a paper copy, can contact Human Resources — Employee Relations at (402) 559-5827 or via fax at (402) 559-5904. A printed copy will then be mailed to those employees at the address of their choice.
