Olson Center to discuss complexities of endometriosis

Nicholas Jesse, MD, assistant professor with the UNMC Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, will present “Endometriosis: The Basics of a Complex Diagnosis” at the next Olson Center Brown Bag.  

Endometriosis can be a difficult disease to understand for patients and for health care providers to diagnose. There still remains much to learn about this complex disorder, but a lot of progress has been made in diagnosis and treatment.

This talk will explain what endometriosis is, discuss how it is diagnosed and treated, and address many of the common questions about the disease.

The virtual event will be Tuesday, Oct. 21, from noon to 1 p.m.
