All holiday orders through the UNMC Bookstore need to be in by Thursday, Dec. 18, in conjunction with the recommended holiday dates for UPS.
The bookstore cannot guarantee orders placed on Friday, Dec. 19, will be processed to receive before Dec. 24.
USPS, PO Box and UPS recommended holiday shipping deadlines are approaching. For most locations, ground shipping deadlines fall on Dec. 17, UPS 2nd Day Air by Dec. 22 and UPS Next Day Air by Dec. 23.
Please plan accordingly, as weather-related delays already have impacted deliveries. Be sure to provide a complete and accurate address, including the correct ZIP code, to avoid additional delays.
Upcoming UNMC Bookstore hours will be:
- Friday, Dec. 19: Open 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 20, and Sunday, Dec. 21: Closed
- Monday, Dec. 22: Open 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Tuesday, Dec. 23, through Sunday, Jan. 4: Closed
The bookstore will return to normal hours for the spring 2026 semester on Monday, Jan. 5.
The Sorrell Center convenience store will be closed Monday, Dec. 22, through Tuesday, Jan. 6. It will be back in operation on Wednesday, Jan. 7.
