The UNMC Bookstore is running a clearance sale on a wide variety of store merchandise as it prepares to transition to management under Barnes & Noble College.
Discounts are available on items in store and online at this UNMC bookstore clearance link. Items on sale include apparel and spirit items, along with school, office and medical supplies.
The promotion will continue while sale inventory lasts.
Beginning in April, Barnes & Noble College will assume management of retail and online operations and all course materials for the UNMC Bookstore, as well as the UNMC C-store in the Sorrell Center.
Barnes & Noble College currently operates more than 1,160 physical and virtual campus bookstores across the U.S.
With a refreshed look, the UNMC Bookstore will offer an expanded selection of apparel, gifts, supplies and more — available in store and online. The change is meant to improve access and affordability, enhance the experience for customers and create a vibrant hub for the UNMC community.
Students will have access to large selections of affordable physical and digital course materials, a price-match program and flexible options for ordering and delivery, including in-store pickup and shipping.
Faculty will be able to use the Adoption & Insights Portal, a market-leading tool that simplifies the research and selection of course materials.
