Conditional parking privileges continue to be offered at no additional cost for employees who hold both a valid parking permit and are regularly scheduled to begin work before 5:30 a.m. or end after 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The registration period lasts Friday, May 1, through Tuesday, June 30. Employees who believe they qualify must complete the conditional parking application and obtain manager approval. Managers will verify qualifying work hours before approving the request. If approved, conditional parkers will be assigned to a garage location.
Employees using conditional parking who are at the med center during standard daytime hours — such as for meetings or training — must park in their designated primary lot. Misuse of privileges may result in revocation.
