Sunshine, music and sweet treats — it’s time to celebrate UNMC’s employees.
UNMC will honor its faculty and staff at the quarterly employee appreciation event, “Summer Beats & Cool Treats.” This special gathering will recognize the hard work, commitment and positive impact that UNMC’s employees provide every day.
The event will be held Monday, June 1, from 1:30-3 p.m. at the Ruth & Bill Scott Student Plaza, offering an afternoon of summer fun featuring live music, refreshing treats from Kona Ice, yard games and time to relax and connect with colleagues. Enjoy a special performance by the University of Nebraska at Omaha Jazz Band.
In the event of inclement weather, the celebration will be held inside at the UNMC Center for Healthy Living gym.
