With only a few remaining shows left in its 2025-26 season, Omaha Performing Arts is offering UNMC employees and students discounted tickets for select shows. Select shows include:
- “Clue: A Walking Mystery,” now until June 21. 10% discount plus reduced handling fees. Someone committed a crime most foul — now it’s up to guests to discover who. Step into the shoes of beloved Clue characters and unravel the mystery of Mr. Boddy’s untimely end. Crack a case gone cold by finding clues spread across the Holland Center and the new Tenaska Center for Arts Engagement. Curious minds are invited to dress up and hunt down evidence left on furnishings from the late Mr. Boddy’s estate. Whether you’re an investigative duo or a team, helpful butlers will be on hand to assist the searches. VIP sleuths even get to enjoy extras, like a personal butler companion. Whodunnit, how and where? All will be revealed to those brave enough to seek the truth.
- “Express Yourself: An 80’s Celebration,” June 27. 10% discount plus reduced handling fees. Join River City Mixed Chorus at the Holland Performing Arts Center to close out Pride Month and prepare for Heartland Pride with a high-energy tribute to the decade of big hair, bold beats and self-expression. This bodacious concert will keep audiences of all ages moving to the beat with iconic hits, neon vibes and a whole lot of fun. Bop along to favorite 80’s hits, including classics from Prince, Madonna, David Bowie, Cyndi Lauper and more. Don’t forget dancing shoes, leg warmers and side ponies for a special 80’s themed dance party in the lobby following the concert. This performance includes more than 180 singers from the River City Mixed Chorus, all dedicated to inspiring joy, hope and community with this fun, whimsical and moving event. One performance only.
- “Wicked,” June 17-July 5. 10% discount on price levels 3, 4 and 5 plus reduced handling fees. Valid for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday evening and weekday matinees. “Wicked,” Omaha’s most “popular” musical, looks at what happened in the Land of Oz from a different angle. Long before Dorothy arrives, there is another young woman, born with emerald-green skin — smart, fiery, misunderstood and possessing an extraordinary talent. When she meets a bubbly blonde who is exceptionally popular, their initial rivalry turns into the unlikeliest of friendships, until the world decides to call one good and the other wicked. From the first electrifying note to the final breathtaking moment, “Wicked” — the untold true story of the Witches of Oz — transfixes audiences with its wildly inventive story.
