The UNMC Title IX Office is introducing a new professional development opportunity for UNMC students, faculty and staff.
Held quarterly, the Community Connections Lunch Series is a virtual event that will feature local resource providers who will share their expertise, highlight the important work they do and connect the UNMC community with valuable resources and services.
September’s featured speaker is from the Women’s Center for Advancement (WCA), a trusted community partner supporting individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking throughout the Omaha area.
The event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 22, from noon-1 p.m. via Zoom, and registration through Bridge is required to receive the Zoom link: Register through Bridge.
Questions or requests for additional information may be directed to Kelly Blecha, Title IX education and advocacy specialist.
