Is change difficult for you?

Change is constant — something we all experience. However, not all change is good — nor is all change bad. At the next Olson Center brown bag, set for noon to 1 p.m. on Oct. 21 in the UNMC Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater, Marlene Schneider of the UNMC Faculty/Employee Assistance Program, will discuss the process of change and help attendees explore techniques and methods to help make change more manageable.

Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 402-559-6345. Bring your lunch. Simple refreshments will be provided.

The lectures are free. However, nursing credit is available at a cost of $10. (Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.)

Note: The UNMC College of Nursing Continuing Nursing Education is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This activity is provided for 1.0 contact hour under ANCC criteria.
